Meet Leslie

I have over 30 years of experience assisting individuals and couples in healing and rebuilding their lives. I believe firmly that there is healing after trauma - that we can rebuild and come out of any situation stronger, healthier and more productive.

 

Through understanding, acceptance and education, Leslie will help you to identify and overcome the emotional issues that traps you in unhealthy life situations. She will guide you in gaining a greater understanding and celebration of who you are.

By focusing on personal strengths you will discover how to utilize your internal resources and set realistic goals for yourself.

Leslie comes from a position of nonjudgmental acceptance and validation of your feelings. She will teach you practical skills that you can utilize in your daily life.
